Before founding Boro Law Firm, he served as a partner at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman in San Francisco, where he practiced in the antitrust and litigation groups.
Mr. Boro has represented businesses in a variety of industries, including technology, energy and financial services. He has also served as a Senior Vice President and General Counsel at a Silicon Valley company. He has written and contributed to publications about business law and has delivered numerous lectures on antitrust law and other topics for professional organizations.
